Hello!Here we are.

While we, us and our is used throughout our material it could read me, I and mine. I’m a single developer attempting to make a living through App development. I’ve spent the bulk of my career to date as a consultant working in the content management space, which involved creating many bespoke solutions. From integrating content management into existing websites to multithreaded migration of several million documents within a very tight timeframe.

I have been involved in rollouts to thousands of Users and fully understand the importance of minimising downtime by writing robust and reliable code. However it doesn’t matter how good the code is if it is solving the wrong problem. So the starting point in my mind always has to be what problem am I going to solve and who needs the solution? This way of thinking enables me to produce a set of use cases that I can then take to validate the concept.

Why the change? I’ve recently moved to Sweden with my family from the UK and while initially I commuted back to London on a weekly basis I quickly realised this wasn’t going to work longterm. So it made sense to pursue a passion I’ve held since I can remember, which is to create a fully fledged application. This I can do from home, allowing me to spend more time with my family.
